Teaming with Block Sixteen, a Las Vegas-based Hospitality group, and their designers 1027 Design Management, MGA recently completed a 5,000+ square foot restaurant collaboration located at the reinvented International Market Place. MGA navigated multiple processes to satisfy the client, landlord, and city expectations for completing the project. The brick oven pizza concept, Flour and Barley, is the group’s first of several planned Hawaii locations. The spacious third-floor space has interesting local design references, multiple large operable windows, and a perfect vantage point from which to experience the energy of Kalakaua Avenue.
