3.1 Phillip Lim – International Market Place

MGA Architecture (MGA) was hired by MR Architecture + Decor as their Hawaii liaison to assist with the permit and construction documents for a high-end boutique store at the International Market Place (IMP) in Waikiki. MGA reviewed the initial design for code compliance with the City & County of Honolulu DPP as well as IMP design guidelines. In addition to delivering a complete set of bid documents, MGA also assisted in negotiations and the selection of the general contractor. Throughout construction, support was provided via regular site visits and coordination between the owner and general contractor. Throughout the project, MGA explored value engineering opportunities to keep the project within budget and on-time.
