TR Fire Grill

TR FireGrill is expanding their new brand with a space in the Hilton Garden Inn.  MGA was selected to design the restaurant, engaging RomaCorp brand standards for the new concept focusing on a menu that combines the comforts of home with a modern edge.  The 6,300 SF space boasts a double volume main floor with upper-level dining and kitchen areas.  A custom full height back bar draws the eye as you enter a space lined with sumptuous booths and a community hi-top.  Beyond the back bar, a chef’s counter faces the show kitchen, while the private dining room can be screened for intimate gatherings.  The lower level houses kitchen prep and storage.
